The 1851 Restaurant takes fine dining to a new level with a menu full of elegant dishes with a twist. The 2010 Brasserie is located in the original castle scullery, with features dating back to the 1840s. Wherever you dine, you’ll be treated to fresh local ingredients hand-picked by Head Chef Mark Burke.
