Think scotch eggs with chipotle ketchup and pickled pink onions, slow-cooked pork belly with fondant potato and confit carrot, rump steak with garlic truffle butter, bine roast tomatoes and triple-cooked chips, poached apricots with a touch of lavender oil and crunchy crumble and moist almond and raspberry cake drizzled with Limoncello syrup.
The menu changes daily to make the most of the fresh, seasonal produce available from local vendors, providing a unique taste of authentic Snowdonia.
