Please read these terms and conditions (these ‘Terms’) carefully
- Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Celtic Routes (celticroutes.com). - Eligibility
- Entry is open to residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Celtic Routes, their families, or anyone else professionally connected with the competition.
- Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
- How to Enter
- To enter the prize draw, participants must sign up for the Celtic Routes Newsletter on the Celtic Routes website or make an booking enquiry with Celtic Routes.
- Entries will be accepted from 09th January 2025 until 11:59 PM (GMT) on 31st March 2025.
- Prize
- The prize is a luxury hamper (contents as determined by Celtic Routes). The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives are available.
- Winner Selection
- The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries after the competition closes.
- The draw will take place within 7 days after the closing date.
- Winner Notification
- The winner will be notified via the email address provided during sign-up within 14 days of the draw.
- If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, Celtic Routes reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.
- Privacy
- By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering this competition.
- Celtic Routes will not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
- General
- Celtic Routes reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without prior notice.
- Any changes to the competition will be communicated as soon as possible.
- Celtic Routes’ decision in all matters relating to the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Liability
- Celtic Routes will not be responsible for entries not received due to technical issues or any other reason outside the promoter’s control.
- Governing Law
- This competition and these terms and conditions are governed by English law. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
