Ready, aim, fire

Connemara National Park Ireland

a timeleSs tradition

The idea of clay pigeon shooting originated in the late 1800s, when pheasants and other game birds were swapped for glass balls filled with feathers, allowing more Britons to participate in the esteemed sport. The clay target appeared at the beginning of the 20th century, forming the clay pigeon shooting we know now.

Now, enthusiasts from around the world flock to Scotland for its passionate shooting culture and exceptional ranges located amongst the dramatic Highland scenery.
